**Out-of-Network Service & Cost Example**

Dahna Physical Therapy charges $100 per session. If we are out-of-network with your insurance, your actual cost will depend on factors such as your plan’s reimbursement rate, copay, deductible, and coinsurance. For example, if your plan reimburses 70% of the session cost after meeting your deductible, your out-of-pocket expense would be $30 per session.

**Billing & Reimbursement Process**

For out-of-network services, you will be responsible for submitting reimbursement claims to your insurance provider. Dahna Physical Therapy will provide the necessary documentation to support your claim. We accept payment via credit card, cash, and checks.
